we have a few things to catch you up on.
the first is that it is no longer january!
this is the best news yet.
so, yeah.

we're sure you all know what this means!
we got to switch the picture on our calendar today.
we were quite disappointed though.
just see for yourself:

so. that was basically a major letdown.
we hate that.

another thing that happened?
taylor b. spoke in church on sunday.
she'd like to thank both taylor o. and ally for their suggestions,
because she didn't use either of them. thanks okay though.

taylor o.
"i think you should just spend the whole night
working on your accent.
then, when morning comes, you can just use the
excuse that you don't speak english."
lol.

ally.
"you could add a humorous element. you could just
pronounce all the book of mormon character names wrong,
like 'neff-ie' instead of nephi. byu students love that sort of thing."

but not good enough.

finally, after a rockin' FHE tonight,
we came home to this:
probably by some boys who fell in love with taylor b.
after the talk she gave on sunday.

but, we'll hand it to ourselves.
we've never been very good at predicting these types of things.
plus, if anyone wants to know,
we use die-hard brand batteries. so, yeah.

oh well. guess the joke's on us.

taylor o. flew off to oregon/california this weekend
for some fun-filled adventures with the fam.
and, even better news yet,
she can text again beginning sunday night.
really, this is a pretty big deal.
it isn't as fun to text each other in the same room
when we're both using taylor b.'s phone.

taylor b. has taken a liking/loving to her darn tough's.
(those are a brand of socks, silly).
1. the have a lifetime warranty.
2. they're darn tough.
yeah, that about covers it.

finally, it's january 16th.
you know what that means?
well, for one, it means that we're halfway
through the month of january.
basically what we're getting at is,
we only have 15 days until we can look
at the next picture in our calender.
you can bet we'll be cookin' up some
pudding to celebrate that occasion.
