peaceful morning, fireside evenings.

so it was the festival of colors this weekend.
everyone had a BLAST.
we're just assuming this though,
because we didn't go.
but we felt like we were practically there,
because everyone has either posted pictures,
or changed their profile picture.
and if that wasn't enough,
we experienced it all on a more wholesome level through this.

look, we know we "missed out,"
and we know "it was the best thing ever,"
but we just got tied up in some other business.
we'll go next year.
if we're in the country, that is.

anywho, we're counting down the days until this weekend.
two reasons:
1. veronica's & thatcher's birthday.
2. general conference.
3. the weekend.

meanwhile, ben taylor is off to tokyo today,
which is pretty stinkin' cool.

and we love the unpredictable utah weather.
for example:
when you dress in shorts and a tank top
for the beginning of your run,
and then come back soaked and permanently frozen because
it started snowing.
it adds a bit of spice, and a bit of interest. you know?
more fun. much, much more fun.

well, that's all for now.
consider this our third-to-last week of school.
